Grinder with cranberry sauce and stuffing served cold. Served with a side of gravy.

Taco seasoned hamburg over cauliflower rice, topped with chopped tomatoes, red onion, and shredded cheese on a bed of lettuce.

Rotelli, peppers, onions, and hamburg mixed with marinara sauce and topped with parmesan cheese.

Roasted Green peppers, filled with hamburg, rice, and topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Rolled Eggplant stuffed with ricotta, spinach, and prosciutto.

Chicken Salad with craisins and walnuts on Vienna with chips.

Italian Grilled Cheese

Hot Capicola, Salami, Fresh Mozzarella and Basil with chips.

Spinach, strawberries, candied pecans, red onion with feta and balsamic dressing. With chicken or steak.

Sweet Green Salad

Spring mix, quinoa, grilled chicken, blue cheese crumbles, sweet potato, apples, and walnuts with balsamic dressing.
